A good brief saves time and money on any 3D commission. Before you contact a studio, gather the following.

Purpose and platform. Will the model be used in a game, an animation, an architectural visualisation or a 3D print? This decides how detailed and how technically optimised the model needs to be.

References. Concept art, photos, mood boards and examples of styles you like or dislike. Even rough sketches help.

Views and poses. Share front, side and back views if you have them, and describe any pose or expression the character needs.

Technical needs. Mention any polygon limits, software or engine requirements and the file formats you need delivered.

Timeline and budget. Give a realistic deadline and budget range so the work can be scoped properly.

Usage rights. Say whether the model is for personal, commercial or resale use, so it is agreed from the start.

Ready to start? Send your brief to Glowing Ice and we will get back to you.
